Ingredients
- 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread cooked
- 2-3 pieces white bread
- 2-3 potatoes diced, cooked and salted
- Save broth and use in dressing
- 2-3 celery
- 1 egg
- 2-3 onions
- 2 tbsp. sage

Step 1
Cook cornbread until lightly brown. While cooking cornbread, boil potatoes, celery and onions. Once they are soft, cool and then pour in cooked cornbread in large pot. Then mix white bread, egg and sage in with this also. You don't want soupy, but moist. If not moist enough with water from boiling, add turkey drippings or chicken broth so when you bake, it won't dry out. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
