Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp tamato sauce
  • 6 3/4 " thick pork loin chops
  • 2 cups quartered mushrooms
  • 1/4 lb bacon diced
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup beef broth

Preparation

Step 1

Butter 9x13 dish. Melt butter in skillet on high. Season chops with salt and pepper. Add to skillet and sear until brown (about 2 minutes per side). Transfer to 9x13 dish. Top with mushrooms. Add onions and bacon to skillet. Cook on medium heeat until translucent and bacon is crisp, stirring frequently (10 minutes). Mix in flour and paprika. Cook on medium high. Stir in cream and broth and bring to boil. Stirring constantly. Stir in tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over meat and ushrooms. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375. Serve over rice.
