Italian Beef or Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 (4 pound) roast
  • 1 jar pimento
  • 1 small mild diced chilis
  • 1 packet Good Seasons Italian dry mix
  • 1 packet dry beef or pork gravy
  • 2 cups water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix water and other ingredients and pour over roast. Cook 8-12 hours on low. Shred and serve with buns or crusty rolls. Freezes well.
