Ingredients
- 1 (15-16 ounce) container Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 (26-ounce) jars pasta sauce, combined with 1/2 cup water
- 1 (1-pound) package lasagna noodles
- 1 pound bulk Italian sausage or ground beef, cooked and drained
- 4 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a bowl, combine Ricotta, Parmesan, and eggs; mix well.
3. On bottom of a 15 x 9 inch greased baking dish, spread 1 cup pasta sauce. Top with half each of the uncooked lasagna noodles, Ricotta cheese mixture, sausage, remaining pasta sauce, and Mozzarella.
4. Repeat layering.
5. Top with parsley.
6. Cover tightly; bake 1 hour or until hot and bubbly. Let stand covered 15 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
