- 1 lb. ground chuck
- onion to taste
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 box beef flavored Rice-A-Roni
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread

Step 1
Brown 1 lb. ground chuck and onion together then drain. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can cream style corn. Cook contents of beef flavored Rice A Roni according to directions and add to mixture. Put in casserole dish and top with prepared Jiffy cornbread mix. Spread over entire casserole. Bake at 325 degrees until lightly browned, about 20-30 minutes.
