Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 T. Hot coffee
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2 tsp. Rum flavouring
- 1 Egg white - beaten stiffly
- 1 T. Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt chocolate with coffee over low heat.
2. Beat in egg yolk and rum with beater.
3. Beat egg whites to form soft peaks; add sugar.
4. Fold egg white into chocolate mixture carefully.
5. Spoon into dessert dishes and chill.
