Crab Spirals with Lemon & Dill

The compatible flavours of lemon and dill combine with crab to make tortilla wrapped bite-size appetizers. Great make-ahead treat.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg (250 g) spreadable light cream cheese
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped green onion
- 11/2 tbsp (22 mL) chopped fresh dill (Or use 1 tsp/5 mL dried dill weed)
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
- 4 (20 cm (8 in)) spinach wraps
- 1 (227 g) Clover Leaf Crab Delectables TM, Leg Style

Preparation
Step 1
1.Combine cream cheese, green onion, dill, lemon juice and pepper; mix well. Spread evenly over spinach wraps.
2.Place 2 crab legs, end to end, on each wrap; roll up tightly to enclose crab. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours (or overnight) . Remove plastic wrap; slice into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces.
