Ingredients
- 14 ounces ground beef
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 slices rye bread, toasted and in crumbs
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup pickle relish
- 1/4 cup light thousand island salad dressing
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
- 4 ounces swiss cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Combine beef-pepper. Spoon half into meatloaf pan. Top with cheese and sauerkraut, then rest of beef mixture.
3. Bake 45-60 minutes.
Notes: Original directions much more complicated, this worked just fine. So delicious!
