  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup oil

Step 1

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat egg yolks. Mix in milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients; stir. Beat egg whites stiff; fold into batter. Bake in hot waffle iron to desired crispness. Makes 3 waffles.
