• 1/2 Cup Shortening
• 1-1/2 Cups Sugar
• 2 Cups Flour
• 3-1/2 Tsps Baking Powder
• 1 Tsp Salt
• 1 Cup Milk
• 1 Tsp Vanilla
• 4 Egg Whites

Step 1

Cream shortening, add sugar. Add milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Add egg whites and beat till mixed. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
