Wedding Mints

Ingredients

• 1-3 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1/2 tsp peppermint or butter flavored extract
• 3 cups sifted confectioners sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Roll into long ropes and cut into pieces with kitchen scissors or may use candy molds that have been coated with granulated sugar.
