- 3 cups of flour (K.A.)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon best olive oil

Step 1
Make a well in the flour, crack all eggs and oil use fork slowly mix and incorporate. The ball should be soft, get rid of all crusty bits; do not try to incorporate, even if it looks like a lot of flour.
Knead until smooth and silky, 6-12 min. Let sit at room temp for 30min in a zip lock or tight plastic wrap
