Ingredients
- 4 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons yeast (dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water)
- 1 cup mashed potatoes or potato flakes
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 teaspons salt
- 4 eggs (slightly beaten)

Step 1
Mix everything except yeast and eggs. Add 4-5 cups flour, beat until smooth; add yeast and eggs. Add flour as needed and knead until dough is elastic (not sticky). Let rise until double, about 1 hour. Make rolls; let rise in pan until double, about 1 hour. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
