Bread Machine - Pizza Crust

Ingredients
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ¼ cup water
- 2 tsp dry yeast (rapid rise) OR
- 3 tsp dry yeast (regular yeast)
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Attach kneading blade and put all ingredients except yeast into the bread pan.
2. Close the top lid. Add the yeast to yeast dispenser.
3. Press Menu pad to select BASIC.
4. Press Select pad to select DOUGH.
5. When beeper sounds, remove bread pan. Close the lid.
6. Divide the dough into 9 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
7. Place on a lightly floured surface. Cover with clean clothe and let rest for 20 minutes.
8. Roll out each ball into a flat circle.
9. Place on a greased baking pan. Prick the surface with a fork.
10. Brush with 2 tbsp pizza sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Garnish with ingredients of your choice.
11. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
