Ingredients
- Dressing:
- Romaine Lettuce -- 1 Head
- Spinach --- 1 bunch
- Candied pecans -- see below
- Fruit: choice of
- blueberries,strawberries,raspberries,peaches, pomegrante seeds
- Soft Goat Cheese --- in a tube, crumbled --- you choose the amount.
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.Toss greens with dressing; add fruit, nuts and cheese on top.
Candied Pecans:
In microwave,cook to thicken, 2 to 3 minutes: 1/4 cup margarine, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/8 cup water to dissolve.
In Fry Pan over medium heat, cook 2 cups of pecans and above syrup, stirring constantly until brown but not burnt.
