Ingredients
- Blueberry:
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted, or vegetable oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2-4 tablespoons fresh or frozen blueberries (thawedand well drained) over batter immediately after pouring it onto the iron
- Cheese and bacon:
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheese (about 4 onz)
- 4 short slices bacon, crisply fried, on batter.
- Ham:
- 1 package (3 onz) sliced smoke ham, cut up
- Orange:
- 1 3/4 cups orange (substitute for the milk)

Step 1
Heat waffle iron.
Beat eggs with hand beater until fluffy; beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth. Pour batter from cup or pitcher onto center of hot waffle iron.
Bake until steaming stops, about 5 minutes.
