Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
  • 1 can coconut
  • 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
  • Icing:
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup melted oleo
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup cocoa

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:
Mix all ingredients except marshmallow creme in order given. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350. Remove form oven. Punch holes in cake with "knitting needle or ice pick after a few minutes" (I think a butter knife would be ok) and spread with marshmallow creme. Cool . Top with icing:

Icing:
combine all ingredients. Use to frost Mississippi Mud Cake.
