Ingredients
- 24 frozen prepared tart shells (thawed)
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk ( reg or low fat)
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/3 cup corn syrup
- 2 tbsp softened butter
- 1 egg
- Pinch of CInnamon
- 1/3 cup raisins ( I prefer currants or pecans) Optional

Step 1
1. Whisk together all ingredients.
2. Pour evenly into tart shells
3. Bake @ 375*F for 18 minutes or until the centre is just set and pastry is golden
