Ingredients

  • 2 package of dry yeast
  • 2 cups hot water (125-150)- hot tap water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • All purpose flour: enough to make stiff dough (apprx. 6 cups)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in large bowl and let stand for 2 hours. After you mix your dough it is better to put it in a greased bowl to rise. It will double in size. After dough rises pitch off rolls and roll in balls like biscuits.If you oil your rolls until they brown better. place in large baking pan about 2 inches apart. Let rise for 2 more hours; should double in size, and bake in 400 degrees oven until brown. apprx. 12 minutes.
