Ingredients
- Stir together:
- Crush to make 1 cup-set aside 1/4 cup
- 4 cups rice cereal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tbls. brown sugar
- Press mixture into 8x8 (ungreased) Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Combine-stir in 2 tbls. of reserved crums:
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon peel
- Stir in:
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2/3 cup gran. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
