Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup melted margarine
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple
  • 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Mix pretzels and butter, press into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350deg for 10 minutes. Cool.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip; spread over cooled pretzels.
Heat pineapple and dissolve Jell-O in it. Then add frozen strawberries - thicken slightly. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate several hours.
