Ingredients
- 1 LB Butter,
- softened
- 4 1/2 C Flour
- 2-8 OZ Cream Cheese,
- softened
- CHEESE FILLING
- 1 container Baker's
- Dry cheese
- 1 C. Sugar
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1/2-3/4 Tbls.
- Lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and cream cheese together.
Add flour and mix good. Makes 2 balls.
Wrap in saran wrap and chill overnight.
Roll, cut and fill with your favorite
filling. Ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 350º for 10-12 mins.
