Ingredients
- Mix as if for pie crust:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup margarine
- Beat and add:
- 1 egg yolk (save white)
- Milk to make 2/3 cup
- Divide dough in half-roll out 1/2 on 17X12" jelly roll. Sprinkle bottom dough with crushed cornflakes
- Filling: (4 cups of blueberries)
- Bring 1 cup blueberries crushed and add 1/4 cup water to a boil and add 1cup sugar, 3 tbls. tapioca and a dash of lemon juice. Cook until thick-add 3 cups of blueberries. Spread on dough. Roll out top
- After baking, frost with:
- 1 cup conf. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tbls. hot water
- Mix well
