Oatmeal Scotchies

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 teasp. baking powder
• 1 teasp. salt
• 1 teasp. baking soda
• 1 cup butter
• 1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 Tbsp. water
• 1 1/2 cups quick oats
• 1 pkg. (12oz.) butterscotch morsels
• 1/2 teasp. orange extract

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar, add remaining ingresients
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet

Bake 350 degrees 8-10 mins.
