Ingredients
- 6 cups salad greens
- 1 cup braeburn apple, braeburn or gala; julienned (2-inch)
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons grainy mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons walnut oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

Step 1
1. Combine salad greens and apple in a large bowl.
2. Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Drizzle over salad; toss gently to coat.
Notes: this was good, but basically just a green salad with apples and a vinaigrette. Didn't have walnut oil, though, so that probably made a difference.
