- 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup graham cracher crumbs (about 3 sheets)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar cooked crumbs (or all graham)
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 t. turbinado sugar
- 1/2 t. sea salt

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a deep 9-inch pan or 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
2. Combine butter and sugar in mixing bowl and beat until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
3. Combine crumbs, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add crumb mixture to butter mixture,
alternately with buttermild, beating until well blended. Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle top with turbinado sugar and sea salt.
4. Bake 40 mins. Cool on wire rack for 10 mins. Remove from pan and cool completely.
