Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups FLOUR
- 1 cup SUGAR
- 3/4 teaspoon BAKING SODA
- 1/2 teaspoon SALT
- 1/4 cup BUTTER, melted and cooled
- 2 medium BANANAS, mashed
- 2/3 cup SOUR CREAM
- 1 teaspoon VANILLA EXTRACT
- 3/4 cup CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER
- 20 MINI REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUPS, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 350°. Line with foil and lightly grease a 8 or 9 inch square pan.
2.Whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
3.In a separate bowl, combine butter, bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Add this to dry mixture and stir until just combined.
4.Spread into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick tests clean.
5.Cool for 10 minutes, spoon peanut butter onto warm cake and let set a few minutes. Spread over entire cake. When completely cool, top with chopped peanut butter cups and serve.
