- Sugar
- Fruit (halved)

Preparation
Step 1
3 cups water to one cup sugar. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes.
Put a little of the syrup in each jar. Peel fruit and drop in halve in jar.
Have Seals and rings in a hot water bath so they are sterile
Point in a hot water bath.
Peaches 20minutes
Pears 25 minutes
Blanch th epeaches for about 30 seconds to make the easier to peel
