Ingredients
- Mix:
- 1/4 cup Peanuts
- 1/2 cup Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- Roll mixture into walnut sized balls and place in the fridge or freezer to chill while you melt the chocolate for dipping.

Preparation
Step 1
Melt:
3/4 cup Chocolate Morsels
1/2 tsp Coconut Oil
Melt the chocolate and the oil on the medium-low stove top setting, stirring constantly. This should only take a couple minutes. Remove from heat once the chocolate is shiny and smooth like below.
Dip:
Take each fluffernutter ball and dip it into the melted chocolate. Place onto a tray or cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Once all the truffles are dipped, sprinkle crushed peanuts on top to make them look Purdy. Place truffles back into the refrigerator until the chocolate cools and becomes a shell.
This recipe makes approximately 14 truffles
