Ingredients
- 6 small jalapeno peppers until blistered
- 1 large green bell pepper. Cool in bag. Peel.
- % cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 3 cups sugar
- a drop or two of green food coloring
- 1 pkg. Certo Pectin

Step 1
Broil near flame: 6 small jalapeno peppers until blistered. Place in paper bag until cool. Peel.
Broil: 1 large green bell pepper. Cool in bag. Peel.
PUT ON RUBBER GLOVES BEFORE WORKING ON PEPPERS!!
Remove all seeds and membranes. Chop them individually until you have '/2 cup bell pepper and V4 cup jalapeno.
Blend in blender or food processor until smooth adding:
% cup apple cider vinegar 1/8 tsp. Salt
Put blended mixture in heavy pan and add:
3 cups sugar
a drop or two of green food coloring 1 pkg. Certo Pectin
Cook until it comes to a rolling boil. Then cook and additional minute. Skim off top and pour into individual small bowls. Approx. 4. Serve over a block of cream cheese along with some salty crackers.
