Ingredients

  • ½

    Cup Butter

  • softened

  • Cup Sugar

  • 3

    Eggs

  • Cup Flour

  • 1

    tsp. Baking powder

  • 1

    tsp. Vanilla and

  • 1

    Bottle Anise

  • extract or

  • ¼

    Cup Anisette

  • Liquor

Directions

Preheat the pizzelle iron. Cream the butter and sugar till fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Mix good after each addition. Add baking powder and vanilla. Add flour a little at a time. Mix well. Last add the Anise or Anisette. Now you are ready for the iron. Make sure iron is hot.
