Ingredients
- 1 slice bacon (diced)
- 1 small potato
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 can corn, undrained
- 2 tbsp. flour
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon, drain. Add onion, potatoes, water and salt and pepper. Stir in corn and milk. Thicken with flour. Cook until chowder thickens.
