Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 slice bacon (diced)
  • 1 small potato
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 small onion
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 can corn, undrained
  • 2 tbsp. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Fry bacon, drain. Add onion, potatoes, water and salt and pepper. Stir in corn and milk. Thicken with flour. Cook until chowder thickens.
