Ingredients

  • 1

    slice bacon (diced)

  • 1

    small potato

  • ½

    cup milk

  • 1

    small onion

  • ¾

    cup water

  • 1

    can corn, undrained

  • 2

    tbsp. flour

Directions

Fry bacon, drain. Add onion, potatoes, water and salt and pepper. Stir in corn and milk. Thicken with flour. Cook until chowder thickens.
