Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp cold water
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 12 skinless chicken thighs

Preparation
Step 1
In a small pan over low heat, combine cornstarch, water, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger & pepper.
Let simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and bubbles.
Place chicken in 9x 13 pan and brush with sauce.
Bake 30 minutes at 425 degrees, turn and bake for another 30 minutes.
