Delicious Flakey Pie Crust

Q: Does anyone have a great pie crust recipe that people who don;t usually like pie crust have actually liked?

A: This recipe makes a deliciously flakey crust!

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/4 cups Crisco shortening
• 5 Tablespoons ice water
• 1 Tablespoon vinegar
• 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour and salt; cut in shortening. Beat egg; stir in water and vinegar. Add to flour. Stir until dough rolls away from edges of bowl.
