Ingredients

  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons orange liqueur
  • 1 tsp finely grated orange peel
  • 1 18.25 ounce butter recipe cake mix
  • 1/2 cup tequila
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 caramel ice cream topping

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl whisk sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, orange liquer and orange peel.

Prepare cake mix as directed on the box, substituting 1/2 cup tequila for part of the water. Fold 1 cup flaked coconut into cake mix.

Generously spray a 12-cup bundt pan with non-stick spray. Pour caramel ice cream topping into the pan. Next pour in the cake batter. Gradually pour the stirred milk n fixture over the cake batter.

Bake at 325 for 45-50 minutes. Let cool in pan on wire rack 15 minutes. Unmold onto severing plate.
