Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Whole Grain Mustard
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup Chianti Wine
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Bring the wine to a boil in a small saucepan and reduce to 1/4 of a cup. Let cool. Add the rest of the ingredients to the sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool.
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
