Ingredients

  • 8 Potatoes (I use frozen hash browns) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a sauce pan combine at low heat: cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup butter stirring occasionally until cheese is almost melted. Remove and blend in sour cream , onions, salt and pepper. Fold in potatoes, put in a 2 quart casserole then dot with butter.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 min or until done.
Pork & Beans (mostly drained)

mustard--(more ketchup than mustard about 4 to 1) onion green pepper brown sugar
taste...add more brown sugar, taste again and bake uncovered at 350 for 30 to 40 min.
