Ingredients

3/4 lb hot bolk sausage
3/4 lb tube sausage
green pepper
1 clove of garlic
28 oz can tamotoes
4 cups beef broth
1 1/3 cup red wine
pepper
parsley
oregano
basil

Preparation

Step 1

Saute sausage and green pepper. Add remaining ingredients and boil fo r1 hour. Add pasta just before serving (pasta soaks up juice)and top with parmesean.
