Ingredients
- 3/4 lb hot bolk sausage
- 3/4 lb tube sausage
- green pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 28 oz can tamotoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 1/3 cup red wine
- pepper
- parsley
- oregano
- basil

Preparation
Step 1
Saute sausage and green pepper. Add remaining ingredients and boil fo r1 hour. Add pasta just before serving (pasta soaks up juice)and top with parmesean.
