- 1 large head of cabbage.
- 1 large onion, minced
- carrots and peppers if desired
- NOTE: If you want to hasten this process, buy shredded cole slaw bags from the grocery store and add the onion!
- Mayonnaise
- Sugar
- Salt
- Vinegar

Step 1
Shred the cabbage - or empty the bag - into a large bowl. Add minced onion, carrots and peppers and stir in with the cabbage.
In a small bowl, mix and add to taste: mayonnaise, sugar, salt and vinegar. Pour over shredded cabbage mixture and stir until well mixed. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
