Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS: 1 shallot
- 1 cup unsweetened frozen peach slices 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoons raw honey 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth 2 pound pork tenderloin

Step 1
INSTRUCTIONS: In a food processor, combine all ingredients except pork tenderloin; blend until smooth.
In a large crock cooker, add pork tenderloin and pour peach mixture over top. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours, until pork tenderloin is fork tender.
