Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 4 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 0.7 ounce packets dried Italian seasoning
- SALAD
- 1 16 ounce bag petite frozen peas
- 1 15 ounce can chickpeas -- drained
- 1 10 ounce bag shredded purple cabbage
- 1 head lettuce -- shredded
- 1 red bell pepper -- sliced
- 1 11 ounce can corn -- drained
- 1 bunch scallion -- chopped
- 1 10 ounce bag shredded carrots
- 3 or 4 Roma tomatoes
- 2 15 ounce cans French fried onions

Step 1
Prepare dressing. Layer ingredients in trifle bowl and before serving pour dressing over the last layer. Sprinkle with fried onions.
