- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 large or 4 small bananas
- 1 cup ground nuts

Step 1
Measure and sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, stir until well mixed. Stir in mashed bananas. Fold in dry ingredients and nuts. Place in loaf pan or 8" square pan, well greased.
Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 55-60 min.
