Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 water
- 1 tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. maple flavor
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 cups walnuts

Step 1
In heavy sauce pan, stir until sugar is disolved and bring to a boil, about 238 degrees, soft ball stage. Stir in walnuts-pour onto wax paper and separate.
