Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat or brown rice tortillas
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced (optional)
- 4 cucumbers, sliced
- 16 oz guacamole, (or 2 avocados) *can sub hummus
- 4 carrots
