Enchilada Torte

Ingredients

• 1 lb. hamburger
• 1 Tbsp. minced onion
• 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
• 2 tsp. chili powder (I use 2)
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 2/3 c. water
• 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
• 1 pkg tortillas
• 1 can refried beans
• 2 cups cheddar cheese
• 16 oz. sour cream
• Black olives (opt)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients (except meat) up through tomato sauce and microwave 70% for 5 minutes.

Spray 2 qt. casserole dish with cooking spray. Add meat to sauce. Layer the following (beginning w/ small amount of meat sauce in pan):

Tortilas
Meat sauce
Refried beans
Cheddar cheese
Sour Cream
Olives

End with meat sauce and cheese. Microwave @ 70% for 10 min or til bubbly (opt.). Then bake at 350 for 30-60 min (30 should be fine) til bubbly and cooked through.
