Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
  • 16 oz. light sour cream
  • can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chicken breasts into thirds and line 13×9 baking dish. Mix sour cream, soup and poppy seeds; pour on top of chicken. Crush crackers and combine with butter. Spread cracker mixture on top of chicken / soup / sour cream. Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
