Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. head green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 3 medium red potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2/3 cup white wine (sub)
  • 1 1/2 lbs. polish kielbasa cut into 3 inch long links
  • 28 oz. can cut-up tomatoes with juice
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 3/4 tsp. caraway seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. salt

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker

2. Cover. Cook on low 7-8 hours, or until cabbage is tender.
