Ingredients

  • 2 lbs bison top sirloin, cubed
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, chopped
  • 1 cup cherub tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large carrot, sliced
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 yellow onion, halved and then sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 bay leaves (remember to remove before serving)
  • 1 T. autumn spice (or all spice)
  • 2 t. cumin
  • 2 t. oregano
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 2 T. kuzu root (or other thickener), dissolved in a little cold water
