Ingredients
- 2 lbs bison top sirloin, cubed
- 1 bunch of asparagus, chopped
- 1 cup cherub tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
- 1 yellow onion, halved and then sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bay leaves (remember to remove before serving)
- 1 T. autumn spice (or all spice)
- 2 t. cumin
- 2 t. oregano
- pinch of sea salt
- pinch of pepper
- 2 T. kuzu root (or other thickener), dissolved in a little cold water
