Pizza Cookie

Ingredients

• 3/4 Cup Margarine
• 1 Cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 cup miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
• 1/4 teaspoons salt
• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa or 1/4 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 cup plain M&M's
• 1/4 cup coconut (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt and add to other mixture. Line a 12-13 inch pizza pan with foil and grease lightly. Spread dough to within 1 1/2 inches of edge. Sprinkle with M&M's, marshmallows, etc. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Cool thoroughly before cutting into pieces.
